Registration Information

Maximum of 8 teams will be accepted for each day

Please print and complete one registration form PER TEAM and one medical release form PER PLAYER and submit with payment to Allyson Spring by mail at PO Box 87, Olean, NY 14760 or in person at the concession stands on Saturdays at the Olean Middle School. The payment and all paperwork must be received for final registration. Registration is limited and teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The tournament committee reserves the
right to realign divisions based on the number of applications.

All players participating must be on
their roster on the registration form. No late additions will be accepted.

There will be no registration or
refund after –/–/—-.

Registrations will not be
processed without the entry fee

Registrations can be submitted in person at the concession stand on Saturdays during Olean Soccer Club games or mailed  to:

The game schedule will be emailed to the team contact prior to the tournament date.


Tournament Rules

All
teams will play in the division of their oldest player. For example, if there are three 5th graders on the team and one 4th grader, the team will play in the 5th/ 6th grade division. No exceptions.

Teams
must register a minimum of four players with a maximum of five players. There must be at least one girl and one boy from each team on the field at all times.

The game will be played in two 12-minute halves with a 2-minute halftime.

Games can end in a tie.

Kick-ins on all out-of-bound balls.

No slide tackling.

All fouls will be called by the referee.

No players, attackers, or defenders inside the goal crease at any time – no goalkeeping.

All fouls result in an indirect free-kick. No defender within 5 yards of the ball.

Teams can sub on the fly.

Shin guards are required.

There are no timeouts and no offsides.

Roster substitution can only be made before the tournament starts.

Goals cannot be scored from the
defensive zone or on a kick-in.

Penalty kicks are made from the
mid-field line.


Tournament Features

2 Co-ed Team Divisions

Maximum 8 teams per division 3rd/4th grade division 5th/6th grade division

$125 per team

Players must report to the middle school gym 15 minutes before game time. A game may be forfeited at
the discretion of a referee if a team is not on time.

Awards for the championship team.


Tournament Ranking

Win = 3 Points

Shut-Out Win = 4 Points

Tie = 1 Point Each

 Loss = 0 Points

At the end of group play the top two teams from each group will advance to playoffs. Teams will be ranked by (1) most total points, (2) most goals for, and (3) fewest goals against.
